Abstract:

The topic of University Social Responsibility (RSU), is welcomed by a very representative number of universities, which involve from the mission to the operation the principles, foundations, models and strategies of MSW, establishing the guidelines for the organization and its groups of interest can respond, be accountable and communicate the axes of the socially responsible management they develop. This work describes the results obtained from the diagnosis of the current state of University Social Responsibility in the Minuto de Dios University Corporation, Pasto Regional Center, generating actions to improve perspectives and practices from different fields, goals and indicators. The purpose of this diagnosis is to improve the teaching, research and social projection components, strengthening the self-evaluation processes, renewal of qualified records and / or institutional accreditation, generating improvement strategies in the topic of University Social Responsibility and its applicability in the context internal and external of the institution.
