Abstract:

Convergent technologies expand their presence in the social systems. Cultural inhomogeneousness of
these systems leads to variable reception of convergence initiatives that makes the application of semiotic
tools of management be topical. On the base of the proposed model a place and goals of applying these
instruments are defined.
