Abstract:
In paper, we present results of information technologies development for managerial decision support within maritime activities in Arctic within environmental economics while climate change. While studies, we used methods of data bases constructing within digital platforms, web-technologies and virtual reality tools. We make statement that maritime activities in Arctic is to be carried out in the environmental economics paradigm as related set of large natural-industrial projects within common space area and time period. We present a block model that combines the investment objectives of such project set with cost of adequate managerial support, including natural risks management goals and tasks. We suggest to use geo-information distributed online platforms as the main technological tools in the tasks of managerial decision support within maritime activities in Arctic.
