Abstract:

The aim of the paper is to present the way of initiating and planning a logistic projects and methods, techniques and tools used in these phases. To achieve the goal, a review of the literature in the field of logistics project management was carried out (on Polish ground) and a specific case study was presented (the logistic project implemented in Poland).
