Innovation as a Success Factor for Female Entrepreneur

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is investigating the characteristics of innovation and it influences as success factor toward female entrepreneur.  Convenient sampling method applied to collect the sample from small and medium enterprises company owned by female entrepreneur only.  This study examines the association among innovation conviction (ICN), innovation mindset (IMT), innovation creed (ICD) and the need for achievement (NFA). Questionnaire-based survey was used to collect the data.  To analyze data, descriptive and inferential statistics presented, tabulated and analyzed.  The findings indicated that ICN, ICT and IMT are positively associated with NFA.  Further investigation indicated that ICN, ICT and IMT are strongly inter-link.
