Abstract:

This paper deals with the importance of knowing, knowledge and human capital, determinant factor of dynamism of the new knowledge-based society. All these leads to one of the objectives of sustainable development of the economy both nationally and globally for the near future period. Training innovation economy, where the primary role is kept by "knowledge", requires researchers to update the concept of human capital. It is taken into account that the terms knowing, knowledge, human capital will be important elements in the development of companies in the micro and macro level. All of these factors for a company mean advantages, evolution, growth, development. Operation and development of human capital, are not less important than implementing advanced technologies since the human capital is the tool with which are developed these technologies contributing to the formation of a new economy, namely "innovation economy." Generating new ideas, implementing them in technologies and innovations determine the quality of socio-economic development and living standards. The innovative activity level, the place of the country on the world market of intellectual production are also determinants of national security.
