Abstract:

One of the basic factors determining the development of enterprises is the level of their innovativeness. The innovativeness of enterprises should be understood as their ability to create and implement innovations and the real ability of the company to introduce new and modernized products, new or changed technological, organizational and technical processes. Innovative activity of enterprises depends on many factors with external and internal characteristics from the point of view of the enterprise. An important factor that stimulates the innovative capacity of an enterprise is the state's innovation policy. It constitutes the overall actions of the state aimed at creating, stimulating and implementing new technical and organizational solutions in the economy.
