Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to present result of a survey regarding innovation on Romanian SMEs. Main finding reveals that innovation efforts in SMEs focused mainly on new products , new technologies, managerial and marketing approaches us, upgrading computer system, and human resources training. Also point out that one in four companies is recorded absence innovative approaches.
