Abstract:

The paper considers theoretical aspects of innovation concept, its common features and possible sources of financing in organizations. It studies innovative activity of enterprises in various sectors of Russian economy, the dynamics of indicators for 2010-2018, the volume of innovation activity, the share of innovative products of economic entities as well as the costs of innovation, including technological. Priority financial sources are highlighted, suggestions are made to stimulate innovative activity of economy and improvement of innovation financing mechanism.
