Abstract:
Types of innovations in the construction industry are discussed in this article. Particular attention is paid to nanotechnology and nanomaterials which are currently being actively developed at the level of basic research but are not widely used in real production. This is the main problem of the development and spread of innovation. The model for assessing the diffusion of innovations in an economic setting is proposed in this article. This allows assessing the possibility of using innovative technologies in the production process. The model is built on the basis of the physical task of determining the diffusion flow. The model is adapted to solve economic problems. The concept of innovative risks is defined as an anti-environmental effect.
