Innovative Approach for Evaluating Training Effectiveness

Abstract:

In this research, interviews with experts in this field are used to determine the key indicators that are the basis of ROI and to receive information. In the first step, all aspects of the study are examined and then the evaluation form of training ROI is compiled according to indicators. And the results of this study, with the help of a paired questionnaire which examines all the various factors in the achievements, were evaluated to determine the effect of training in this process with the help of the AHP method and Expert Choice software. It is expected that after calculating the ROI, the investment in training will be justified based on technical and financial considerations, and help to apply it on similar programs. The results show that up to 2.77 times the cost will be returned to the organization over the next five years. Whereas, in this project, knowledge management of components and assembling ability is systematically developed, therefore, without the presence of a consultants or contractors, the experts of the organization can carry out the upcoming alone.
