Abstract:

In article the question of the beginning of a scientific discussion about the urgent need of development and introduction of a global objective system of assessment of a condition of sustainable development in Ukraine in modern conditions are updated, the present place of our state in the global world rankings is shown, the key conventional international rates (indicators) which can be used at assessment of the state of affairs in the state (society) are analysed. An innovative author's algorithm for the development and introduction of a global aggregated system for assessment the state of sustainable development with step-by-step detail, consistent with modern democratic principles of international cooperation, which is based on existing public available tools, does not require additional financial and material costs and can be implemented in the shortest possible time is proposed, based on the study of international experience.
