Abstract:
We consider results of information technologies development for projects management of large arctic projects within natural-industrial systems while climate change. Our geographical object of study is Northern Sea Route area, which have major logistic value for Russian national environmental economics. In research, we used: Foresight technologies, remote sensing methods, theory of decision making under uncertainties, risk management approach, methods of data bases constructing. Recently, geo-information management for large arctic projects while climate demonstrates new digitalization peculiarities in data obtaining and presenting. We gave preference to the remote sensing using in digital management platforms, which integrate heterogeneous hardware and software resources with the use of web-technologies in distributed networks and wide application of cloud services. We proposed to use geo-information support decision within in environmental economics while climate change, as the base model for large arctic projects management within Northern Sea Route area. While study, we used platform https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Valery_Abramov2/ for preliminary data exchange and discussion.
