Innovative Methods that Facilitate the Smooth Transition from Education to the Labor Market – Case Study Romania

Abstract:

There are some concerns in the field of academic education to propose new curricula and disciplines to create skills required by the labor market. These skills aimed at acquiring knowledge especially in the sphere of entrepreneurship and the development of such skills even taking into account changes in economic and social plan for Romania but also the need for rapid integration of young people into the labor market. In this paper we propose to describe such methods used in the study programs that are useful in modern initiative to help graduates of these programs to be able to find much quicker and much easier a job.
