Innovative Technologies For Continuing Education In The Organization

Abstract:

When organizations switch to an innovative type of development to staff training, new requirements are put forward: constant updating, expansion and deepening of existing knowledge of workers, specialists and managers at all levels. This article offers a solution to the problem of increasing motivation and efficiency of employees in the organization through the use of a system of continuous training and innovative technologies for obtaining continuing education. The hypothesis of this study: in organizations that use methods of continuous learning and innovative technologies for obtaining continuing education, employees are more effective and have greater potential within the organization. Research methods: quantitative-Kettel's Questionnaire (16-PF) and Rean's questionnaire "motivation for success and fear of failure" (MSF). The concept of "continuing education", its main characteristics and tasks are analyzed. The relationship between the use of the continuous learning system and innovative technologies of continuous education in the organization and the motivation and performance of employees is revealed. An empirical study of the impact of the continuous learning system and innovative technologies for continuing education on the effectiveness of employees of the organization. It is concluded that the system of continuous training and innovative technologies for obtaining continuous education positively affects the motivation and efficiency of activities in the organization, as well as the personal characteristics of employees.
