Abstract:

The work is of an analytical character. It is aimed at analysing the impact of emigration on the innovativeness of Polish economy. On the grounds of the reports of The European Innovation Scoreboard and Oslo Manual, indicators on which emigration had specific impact were selected. As a result, correlations between particular indicators and the number of persons who had emigrated were obtained. On the grounds of the analysis conclusions have been drawn, which unequivocally indicate the close correlation between studied features.
