Abstract:
In recent years, the interest among scientists and practitioners in the broadly understood diversity of employees in organizations has been increasing (Shemla, Meyer, Greer, Jehn, 2016; Butner, Lowe and Billings - Harris, 2010), hence the issues related to this area seem to be important in the context of future trends in human resource management. The aim of the article is therefore to indicate new areas of research devoted to strengthening the performance of organizations in the environment of employees of various age groups.
