Abstract:

The main trends in the world economy confirmed the formation of a new phase of economic development based on innovative sources of growth. The modern theory of innovation management focuses on models and mechanisms of reproduction of innovation, open innovation. Created in the developed countries the mechanisms and institutional framework for the dissemination and use of knowledge within the national innovation systems provide sustainable economic growth and a high quality of life. Building institutional mechanism for innovative development of Kazakhstan economy, requires the development of appropriate theoretical and methodological framework to effectively manage the process of becoming a high-tech economy. The above conditions determine the relevance of the research topic.
