Abstract:

In this article, the author does a scientific review of the state regulation and the development issue of entrepreneurial activity in the field of transport and the country's transport system. The author provides data from practical studies obtained from objective data of practicing companies on the timing and cost of cargo delivery by sea and road. The international transport corridor known as ‘Europe - Western China’ is given special importance, since it influences not only the transport system and the transit potential of the country, but also all sectors of the economy. In order to institutionalize the socio-economic efficiency functioning and development of the international transport corridor Europe-Western China, the author proposed to create an international Consortium of the international transport corridor Europe-Western China. The author has successfully developed a consortium project.
