Abstract:

The economic climate is becoming more and more dynamic, with a specific behavior to complex, non-linear and adaptive systems. In these conditions there are two challenges for organizations: innovation and environmental attention as an integral part of everyday activities. Thus, we propose an integration framework for innovation and the environmental management system. This model highlights the idea of balancing the company's dynamic capacity between innovation and the environment.
