Abstract:

This paper provides a proposed approach to integrate building block's canvases with the process of design thinking as a visual tool for managing wicked problems that place great emphasis on stakeholder engagement. First, it describes the trend of design thinking as a promising approach to address complexity. Then, it describes a process framework to identify and choose the building blocks to match a particular business challenge.
