management function in the organization.
2. To find out the level at which information technology is utilized in the human resource
management practices.
3. To determine the level of technical expertise in information technology among human
resource management staff.
4. To find out the role of intrapersonal factors in integration of information technology in
human resource management practices.
5. To find out the anticipated interactive effect of information technology and human resource
practices on organizational performance.
