Abstract:

The theme chosen for the scientific research “Intellectual Capital – Role, Importance, Components and Influences on the Performance of Organizations – A Theoretical Approach” essentially aims at studying the role, importance, valences and components of intellectual capital and the influence of intellectual capital on the level of organizational performance. At the same time, we believe that our scientific research has a primary role in understanding the mechanisms of intellectual capital generation at the level of organizations, but also in identifying and analyzing the role and influence of intellectual capital at the level of organizational performance, especially as the intellectual capital is one of the most important sources of organizational performance, in the new context of competitiveness development and competitive advantage of organizations.
