Abstract:
The importance of intentionality of actions in identifying components of the entrepreneur's attitude towards social irresponsibility of a small enterprise and the effects of the related behaviours results from the need to objectify the assessment of its socially responsible and irresponsible actions. The purpose of this epistemological article is to present the issue of the intentionality of actions as an element of the entrepreneur's attitude towards social irresponsibility of a small enterprise. The study is part of a larger series of the author's publications and it is a preparation for conducting empirical research as part of the research project entitled: Corporate social irresponsibility - theoretical and methodological dilemmas. Based on the subject literature review, the justification of the undertaken considerations, the key research assumptions, the outline of the concept of social irresponsibility of a small enterprise, the relationship between the intentionality of actions and the entrepreneur's attitude, as well as the characteristics of the intentionality of actions in the components (emotional-judgemental, cognitive and behavioural) of the entrepreneur's attitude towards social irresponsibility of a small enterprise are presented.
