Interaction Processes Modeling between Agro-Industrial Complex Entities based on Knowledge Accumulation Technologies

Abstract:

Studies show that the current state of the agricultural sector in Russia requires serious changes associated both with the need to follow global trends in the world agriculture and with the need to solve the problems of providing high-quality food to the country's population. Implementation of these changes requires the introduction of modern technologies that ensure effective management of the agro-industrial complex development both at the level of the country and the region. Methods development for knowledge accumulation for regional agro-industrial complex management (the Orenburg region given as an example).  The proposed models are based on the integration of adaptive, situational, systemic and multi-agent approaches using technologies and methods for accumulating knowledge. The results obtained are of great scientific and practical importance. Scientific significance is shown in the developed models, which allow to ensure the interaction processes of agribusiness entities in order to manage its regional development based on knowledge accumulation technologies. Practical significance lies in the models and methods of accumulating knowledge application results of agribusiness entities, which resulted in improved industry indicators. The introduction of the proposed interaction models and the knowledge accumulation system will provide the agro-industrial complex and its subjects with the tools for developing decisions on managing regional development, which will increase the region’s competitiveness, accelerate the transition to a high level of economy knowledge development, and increase access to global raw materials and food markets.
