International Legal Cooperation of Kazakhstan with the States to Combat Corruption

Abstract:

The purpose of the article is to consider the international legal aspect of cooperation of the Republic of Kazakhstan with other States in the fight against corruption, an urgent problem of modern society. Genetic and structural methods were involved in the study. The study resulted in substantiation of the concept of corruption, identification of forms of its manifestation in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as consideration of cooperation of the Republic with international organizations that fight corruption, the study of anti-corruption strategy in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The article analyzes the anti-corruption state programs of Kazakhstan and, in particular, the anti-corruption legislation. The conclusions of the work were the definition of the role of civil society in the fight against corruption, the rationale for the concept of civil society development in the country: its nature, functions and potential. The study also examines the codes: honor of civil servants, judicial ethics as a means of combating corruption in the public system.
