Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of information technology (IT) in service delivery: a case of Gaborone Technical College. The study investigated the impact of IT in improving service delivery. The study adopted a case study research strategy were both qualitative and quantitative data was collected using questionnaires. Subjects in this study comprised of students and lecturers of the Gaborone Technical College. Convenience sampling was used to select the respondents who were selected based on their availability, accessibility to the researcher and their willingness to take part. The findings of the study revealed that IT has a positive impact on service delivery at Gaborone Technical College
