Abstract:

In the framework of this study, the author of the paper analyzed the housing sphere by the example of St. Petersburg. In July-August 2017 author conducted sociological revue in target to understand what influence on the choice of the housing is.  In the article it is applied the Bayesian approach. As a result, it is revealed the main factors, which influence on the choice of housing in the dependence on gender and age.
