Abstract:

The aim of the article is to: recognize the essence of phenomenology, show various threads and paths of phenomenological thought in theories implemented in sciences, identify the mechanism and manifestations of phenomenology based on the literature on the subject and develop an original model of phenomenology. The main research problem was formulated as follows: what exactly is phenomenology and how to implement it? Is phenomenology a "dead" philosophical trend that has already been replaced by new ones? Or is it constantly inspiring new generations of researchers in their attempts to understand reality? Does phenomenology create a specific world of values? Can phenomenology be used in leadership and to what extent? Methodology: The method of critical analysis of the literature.
