Abstract:
This article is devoted to the analysis of job turnover influence on job performance. It is assumed that the reliability of IT solutions is one of the factors potentially influencing that relation. Empirical research is conducted to verify formulated hypotheses based on results obtained from 263 organizations from Poland to determine whether IT reliability is a moderator of the relation between job turnover and job performance. To verify the moderation effect – a regression analysis with a moderator was used. The results of the research display that IT reliability has a positive impact on job turnover and the job performance of employees. Moreover, IT reliability is a moderator for the relation between job turnover and job performance of employees and has a positive impact on this relation, which means that an increase in the rate of IT reliability reduces the negative impact of job turnover on job performance for employees.
