Abstract:

Nowadays, one of the main problems faced by customers of healthcare services, large companies and government organizations that use telecommunication services is the length of response to a request from the call centre, as well as the lack of information about the waiting time. This research is devoted to the study of the possibilities of increasing the efficiency of architectural solutions of healthcare companies through the use of the ITSM approach and the features of managing the services being implemented within the company's IT infrastructure.
