Abstract:
This paper emerged from the intention of the Prahova County Council to implement an e-Health Project.
Firstly, it is necessary to understand the market reality of e-Health: is this a real benefits or just an over ambitious dreams and then to increase the confidence of decisions makers and health professionals in accepting and using of e-Health tools and to support healthcare Transformation in Prahova County.
In order to do these, is necessary to:
- Provide the legal framework for the e-health products usage and for afferent services evolve
- Define programs aiming to ensure a framework for the E-Health Project
- Describe a model for the E-Health Project evaluation and assessment and define a base set of indicators for e-Health domain systems qualifying and evaluating. These indicators must be correspondent and harmonised with those that are used at European level.
- Provide methodologies for costs recovery after e-Health services usage.
Our efforts are headed for framework programs defining and for identification of those variables that must be taken into consideration for the indicators defining.
