Key Success Factors of International Segmentation Strategy: Conceptual Framework

Abstract:

Identifying key strategy of effective international segmentation returns to scrutinize the variables underlying the strategic choices of firms and links that control. The application of the segmentation process and the identification of global segments do not make the efficiency of the segmentation. The need for a strategy is a great contribution to both academics and practitioners. Determination prior to the segmentation locally through referrals to competitors and to the organization internally, leads to more concrete results. However, the crucial problem at the international segmentation remains the choice of segmentation bases. This modeling approach will help us to raise some issues related to the complexity of the subject and variables that attempt to explain it.
