Abstract:
Knowledge transfer is an integral part of knowledge sharing. This study empirically examines the relationship between knowledge enablers and knowledge transfer in Zain Company. Currently, managers need to support knowledge transfer process rather than control it. This study aims of clarifying what Knowledge enablers Literature has nether clearly nor identified demonstrated the relationship between the knowledge enablers and knowledge transfer. This study is focusing on the fallowing question what are the knowledge enablers that affect knowledge transfer. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between the knowledge enablers and the knowledge transfer. A positivistic approach was adapted using quantitative data. A survey aimed at employees in Zain Company population was conducted in an effort to investigate knowledge transfer and to examine the relationship of knowledge enablers and the improvement of knowledge transfer process.
