Knowledge Management and Stupidity Management as New Competences of a Manager in the 21st Century – A Research Perspective

Abstract:

Among the different categories of challenges that modern managers are faced with, one should consider the dangers that effective and efficient knowledge management must tackle. The critical meaning of knowledge is underscored in both the practice and theory of organizational management. In recent years, an increasing interest in the issue of stupidity in the context of organizational management has been observed. The purpose of the research is to present a diagnosis of the practical application of knowledge management systems, stupidity management and employee suggestion schemes. The initial research conducted permits to draw the conclusion that organizational stupidity management is a valid and important issue since it constitutes an integral element of knowledge management and employee suggestion schemes.
