La Gestion des Connaissances Clients: Quel Rôle dans le Processus de Mise en Place d’un Projet CRM?

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to understand how a CRM implementation process contributes to the success of CRM projects. Also, the Knowledge management strategic alignment model was used and one case study was conducted. The results allowed exploring the role of Knowledge Management competencies in CRM projects. Three different levels of CKM competencies seemed to be important: customer knowledge acquisition, customer knowledge share and customer knowledge use competencies.
