Abstract:

The cultural context has become an important field of investigation for companies operating in the global marketplace. Coherence and harmony between cultures parts of the relationship is a major factor contributing to the consolidation of the latter. Mastering and adapting to cultural differences her partner becomes a concern leading to companies wishing to strengthen their relationship with their partners. This has continued to confirm the emergence of the concept of cultural sensitivity in the context of international inter-organizational relationships.
