Labor Productivity Research in the Conditions of Digital Economy

Abstract:

The observed dynamics of the labor productivity index in Russia in 2010-2015 (according to OECD) in combination with the remaining low level of labor productivity appears to be quite a dangerous phenomenon in terms of stable economic growth and digital economy formation, and from the point of view of country’s social development provision, including people’s life quality improvement. Together with the improvement of concrete systems and technologies’ technical level, it is required to expand people’s involvement in this infrastructure and to teach them how to use it properly. Besides, given the significance of information processing, the creation of the information is of primary importance.
