Abstract:

Globalization and the process of European integration facilitate labour mobility. The Slovak Republic introduced several measures facilitating labour mobility of foreigners in Slovakia in accordance with its international obligations. This thesis analyses topical problems of the labour market in Slovakia and points out the process of integration into the labour market. The contribution of this scientific thesis, both in terms of theory and practice, represents the analysis of conditions of employment of foreigners in the territory of the Slovak Republic. At the same time, it indicates the importance of multiculturalism which is becoming part of the labour legal relations in Slovakia.
