Abstract:

This research proposes to study the role of the concept of the strategic alignment between the system of information and the strategy and the organizational structure as determinant of the organizational performance. This relation is tested in a sample of 80 Tunisian industrial enterprises that uses the IT. 

The obtained results permit us to affirm that only the alignment between the organizational strategy and the organizational structure drives to achieve the objective of performance.

Cette recherche propose d’étudier le rôle du concept de l’alignement stratégique entre le système d’information et la stratégie et la structure organisationnelle en tant que déterminant de la performance organisationnelle. Cette relation est appréhendée dans un échantillon de 80 entreprises industrielles tunisiennes qui utilisent les TIC.

Les résultats obtenus nous permettent d’affirmer que seulement l’alignement entre la stratégie organisationnelle et la structure organisationnelle conduisent à réaliser l’objectif de performance.
