Abstract:

Article presents materiality of using life cycle assessment (LCA) according to the environmental protection. The paper discusses the problem of sustainable development, focusing on theoretical aspects of LCA which is a relevant tool in increasing efficiency of circular economy. On the basis of an analysis of background literature, legal standards and strategic documents, impact of this idea implementation on the environment system was shown.
