Abstract:
Companies, that are in constant search for performance and profit, are now facing the ill-being of the employee. Stress, specifically work-related stress, is today the subject of many research studies in ergonomics, sociology, psychology, or management. However, in this article, we will focus more on the positive approach of work instead of the negative point of view. Indeed, the work is not confined to stress or psycho-social disorders, but it can be self-fulfillment.
