Abstract:

The article deals with the importance of a comprehensive system of education and training of crisis managers (leaders) for the fulfilment of the tasks of national crisis management in the conditions of the Slovak Republic. The aim of the article is to present a proposal for the content focus of a comprehensive educational program in the field of national crisis management based on the current knowledge of a wide range of requirements for the performance of the function of crisis manager (leader) based on the profession-graph of their work and fulfilment of which postulates effective crisis management.
