Abstract:
The article presents practical aspects of utilisation of selected Lean Production techniques - LP. On the example of two actual companies (named X and Y, respectively) lean production tools were described. In the case of the X company its internal methodology of standardisation was discussed, and on the basis of the product assembly practical application of this methodology was shown. In the case of the Y company its approach to improvement in efficiency of the assembly process and to increase in the quality of manufactured products were examined.
