Abstract:

The article considers theoretical / scholarly and practical / organizational aspects of legal and regulatory principles of the gender-responsive budgeting in Ukraine. It outlines justification for regulatory codification of budgetary relations taking into account the gender-related needs of the society, which will allow providing for the necessity of equal rights and opportunities for women and men in the economic sphere and making the gender-related progress in the country sustainable and irrevocable.
