Abstract:

The article reflects the content of the category “digital economy”, defines its main features, draws conclusions about how the science of business law and the legislation on entrepreneurial activity should respond to digitalization processes in Russia. The trends of Russian legislation in recent years have been identified. The analysis of certain types of digital technologies is carried out and their influence on the development of legislation is investigated. The article analyzes the initiatives and decisions of the Council of Legislators of the Russian Federation on the development of the digital economy of Russia. Attention is focused on key provisions of the decision of the Council of Legislators of the Russian Federation, and, in particular, on issues of legal regulation, the formation of human resources and improving the effectiveness of IT education.
