Abstract:

Assessing the quality of a website was a major concern of web marketers. However, with the rapid development of information technology and the increasing rise of virtual communities use the mechanisms of perception of quality have also evolved. This study examines the dimensions of the perceived quality of a virtual community through an exploratory qualitative study in two stages we were able to extract five dimensions.
