Abstract:

Changes in customer needs, rapid changes in technology, and increasing economic pressures on businesses have led to increased interest in quality management. Thus, ICT and total quality were significantly affected most organizations. This article focuses on the impact of ICT on total quality management. Likewise, it aims to examine the role of these technologies in the implementation of total quality management in organizations and to develop a model that integrates the process of implementing total quality information technology and communication.
