Level of Passengers’ Satisfaction with the Transport Service Quality in the Moscow-City Underground

Abstract:

The research provides findings in the field of passengers’ satisfaction with the quality of transport service in the Moscow-city Underground. The research was carried out at the underground stations in November-December 2017 by the method of personal interview. The information dealing with the general satisfaction with the transport service quality was put forward and recommendations aimed at improvement of quality management of transport service were developed.
