Abstract:
This paper proposes a new chatbot-based recruiting system developed on top of Api.ai platform, aligned with high-tech users’ needs and habits - lack of time, availability on social networks, high use of electronic devices. Our system is meant to automatize the screening sub-process when searching for new job candidates and the survey we performed proves its feasibility. The work is presented in the context of various chatbot researches and applications, e.g. in customer support, in education or in virtual libraries.
